Doulos Disciple-Makers’ Meeting

Hundreds of disciple-makers of Doulos for Christ World Harvest Ministry flocked to PICC Forum 2 on August 17, 2015, to hear inspiration and instruction from their spiritual parents Bs. Oriel M. Ballano (BOMB) and Ps. Geraldine C. Ballano (PGCB) specifically as regards #DoulosCellMiracleCatch.

PGCB emphasized how thankful they are for disciples who are allowing God to make them His instruments. She reaffirmed that the progressive culture in Doulos is because of the grace of God which always makes everyone strong and more passionate.

BOMB led everyone to celebrate the result of CMC: 8,850 people who entered the covenant to discover God’s plan and 1,110 newly opened discovery groups. He also reminded the participants that leadership at all levels of the vision is highly needed at this time. Without a leader, there is no vision; decisions are delayed; the agenda of the group is multiplied when each should have a focus. Also, […]

“Yakiiiii, Kadiiriiiing Cell Group, EEEEW!”

1. Cells start late.
My Interpretation: The cell group is losing its exciting atmosphere.
My commitment: To have a cell that is so dynamic that no one would want to miss a moment of it.
The cell group should always start on time. Cell groups with cell members who are consistently coming late indicate that the people have lost their excitement in hearing the Word of God. Tardiness is a spirit which cell groups should cut off and not let to dominate in their meetings. The cell group can be compared to the partner you love. When you love someone, you value her and would not want to make her wait in a date. In the same way, when you love the cell group and the Lord, you would be passionate coming on time or even earlier to hear His Word and be ministered by the cell […]

Reasons Why Cell Your Life

1. You will understand the Bible better in a Cell group. Have you ever listened to a pastor or Bible teacher and while he is preaching, you wanted to stop him and say, “But what about…?” or “I don’t understand!” Then a cell group is for you! Preaching and teaching is both a one-way communication scheme. You listen while the preacher speaks. This kind of set up is fine for imparting knowledge but for the sake of personal application, cell group is rather more effective. In a cell group setting, you can ask questions, participate in a discussion of the text, and hear others share insights and illustrations of the truth you are trying to grasp. The Bible must be applied to your own personal situations, and that happens best in small groups.   2. You will begin to […]

How to Open Cell Effectively

Luke 5:1-11
1One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, with the people crowding around him and listening to the word of God, 2he saw at the water’s edge two boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. 3He got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat.
4When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.”
5Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”
6When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. 7So they signaled their partners in the other boat […]

How to Multiply Cells

The only way to paint the town red is to multiply the cell from one campus to another, from one office to another, from one family to another, from one community to another, from one town to what is sildenafil citrate used for another, from one place to another. Opening a cell and having it grow is not enough. You do not stop there. The design of God is not just to plant a cell and have it grow. The goal is to make it fruitful and inside every fruit, there are seeds that carry the multiplication with them. There is much potential every time there is something growing.

M – Mind of the Mastermind

Your mind should be like that of a mastermind of a syndicate, the so-called God’s mafia or holy syndicate of God. Then you are unstoppable. You are sure that you can multiply cells. You have the […]

The Responsibilities of a G12 Cell Leader

1. Coordinate weekly meetings. This involves preparing to meet your potential leaders. Plan out for the inspiration and instructions you need to lay down to your members. Have enough time for planning so that you could put into structure the important things you need to communicate to them. 2. Keep on training the potential cell leaders. You are in contact with potential leaders in your cell more than with anyone else in the church. You are to train them and monitor their PEPSOL training. Do mentoring sessions with them on each stage of their equipping process. Train them to do one verse evangelism, consolidation, how to open cell through the driving school principle. 3. Identify and include new people in your cell group. The large events in the church are designed to be a place wherein […]

How to Grow Your Cell Effectively

Have you experienced leading your cell group for one year and yet your members are still four? Some leaders have stagnant cell groups because they have not learned the values on how to grow their cell groups. Below are some values which you need to master gain grounds in having your cell experience growth. G- God-centered cell meeting Our cell groups can be relevant and at the same time God-centered. What the generation of today needs is a cell group with God at the center and not religious ones. People in the cell are really hunger for God. They go to the cell because more than whatever needs they have, they want their ultimate need for God to be met. See to it that in the cell group, members are taught how to do their devotions, pray and fast so that their spiritual conditions are assured to be […]

Is your Cell Worth a Second Date

“Mahiwagang Fishball” So here’s the question: When someone is introduced to your cells, is he or she interested for a second date? If you really want people to go back to your cell group for a second date, you need to be actively building relationships with them. You do not need to just invite them in such a forceful way because it would be a sure-fire recipe for rejection. Identify what is the “Fishball special sauce” that will make your cell group compelling to people. People do not need to know much about your cell group but a deep level of trust must first be gained because this is the place where this people will invest their time, talent and resources. The process of attracting new people to your cell group—and keeping them—can be broken down into four steps: Step #1: Like Us Whether we admit it […]
